The next most important cause was minor illnesses such as coughs and colds (27 million days lost), followed by stress, anxiety or depression, at 15 million days lost.

What You Will Need:
A quiet, comfortable space large enough to use with electrical sockets for music. Each person will need a yoga mat and other equipments, which I can provide, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

Once a week yoga - Payment is based on a per person fee per class based on a 5 week program or per student, based on a minimum of attendance per class.

Twice a week yoga Payment is based on a per person fee per class based on a 5 week program or 4 per student, based on a minimum of attendance per class. Prices are subject to discussion

Corporate Programs Available. These Yoga programs are specifically designed to your organization. We will work with you to customize the right program suited for you and your employees.

Time/Hour: Times and days could possibly be organised around staff working hours or shifts.
Both teachers are fully certified with a minimum of a 200 hour certification course with a well recognized Yoga Teacher Training program; we also carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR. Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners. We recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.
